We recently stayed at a lovely dog-friendly lodge in Dundee and had a great time. The lodge was warm, well-equipped, and clean, perfect for a cozy getaway with our furry friend. The grounds were well-maintained and the management was happy to accommodate dogs. Despite a small issue with the hot water system, we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this lodge to others.

We had a lovely stay for four days in a lodge with a beautiful view and a balcony. the putting green was fabulous and the golf course was enjoyable, despite the windy day. the food and service at the restaurant and bar were excellent. the staff were all very attentive and helpful. We were able to enjoy breakfast and lunch on the balcony, taking in the view. There were lots of windows to open and the lodge had modern amenities.
We couldn't get the cooker hood to work, but there were plenty of windows to open for ventilation. It would have been nice to have wifi available in the lodges, not just in the reception area.

Amazing stay for a family getaway. the 3 bedroom lodge was a dream, spacious and had everything you could ever need. Beautiful grounds for lovely walks with our dog, and chilling by the rivers. the staff was polite and professional, and the customer service was great.
Although the lodge had a beautiful view over the pond, it would have been even better with a hot tub. It's a bit of a drive from Dundee, so if you're looking for a city-centric location, this might not be the best choice.

We felt welcomed into the Kingennie family and had no complaints at all.

The property boasts fabulous settings with spectacular views. The recently refurbished bathrooms in Glen Clova lodge are immaculate and clean. The resort is conveniently located, close to amenities yet far enough from the noise. The staff are brilliant, friendly, and happy to help with anything. The kitchen in the lodge is well-equipped with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar.

The lodge we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Another great thing about the lodge was its peaceful surroundings, allowing us to relax and unwind during our stay. the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, making our experience even better.
Despite it being early in the evening and the restaurant being empty, we were told that it was fully booked and there was no effort made to try and find us a slot. This created a very poor first impression and left us feeling frustrated.

I recently celebrated my Dad's 70th birthday at Forbes of Kingennie and it was a wonderful weekend. We stayed in the Lodge which had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage. The lounge dining area was perfect for our group of 10, and the kitchen was extensively equipped. The surroundings were beautiful for walking and we also enjoyed the play area, maze, and driving range. The restaurant served excellent food with great service. I would highly recommend Forbes of Kingennie for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The only small drawback was that some of the decor and furniture in the lodges appeared tired and could use an upgrade. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dishes, cutlery, and appliances could have been better.

Guests can enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of the surroundings. the facilities within the lodge/chalet were first class, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the rooms were nicely appointed and spacious, accommodating families with ease. the staff were attentive and quick to address any concerns or issues that arose during the stay.
There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen area, which could have been better maintained for guest satisfaction.

the lodge I stayed in was beautifully equipped with modern amenities, including a spacious bathroom and a cozy room with breathtaking views. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and the delicious breakfast provided a great start to my day. I also enjoyed the activities available, such as fishing and golfing.
I was disappointed to find that there were no locks on the bedroom or bathroom doors, which was not ideal for privacy.
